International Yacht Charter Group Appoints CEO/COO

Derek Holding joins the company as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He is formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Yachtstore, Ltd., a yacht charter and brokerage company. Prior to that, Derek was the Chief Design Officer & Senior Vice President of Marketing of OUTPOST.com, a leading retailer of Computer and Electronic goods. Throughout his career, he has held various senior marketing and management positions in financial and online services companies.

Kathy McErlean has joined the company in the role of Yacht Charter broker effective March 1st. She will be based in Connecticut and focus primarily on research for clients and assisting in the maintenance and growth of the PowerhouseCHARTER database. As the former corporate bond sales executive for Freeman Securities and Legg Mason Wood Walker in New York City, Kathy brings exceptional sales expertise and success in dealing with high net worth customers.
